Web 2.0 in the Classroom

Participants will have the opportunity to examine and consider the academic benefits of Web 2.0. A range of Web 2.0 tools are available to integrate into the classroom. Web 2.0 tools such as blogs and wikis are being created by educators as a form of professional growth and reflection, as well as being created by classrooms of students while studying elements of the required curriculum. In this session participants will be provided with the opportunity to experiment with these Web 2.0 examples and their curriculum.
